Project Ride Smart
Today I worked with Deanna and Pollyanna at Westlake Charter School. I love this LCI team, we work well together.
WCS is a brand new school, more on than later in a separate blog post. Getting the bikes down every morning from a not-very-good storage system. Note the electric pump for inflating tires – we pumped up 80 tires (omg-sore right thigh muscles).

This was a long day, almost 9 hours, I was sooo tired.

The Throwdown theme was something Irish. I won with a Hot Reuben Dip. Other participants were Norma Jean Thornton, Shirley Breckinridge, and Catherine Green.

I took mine to work the. By mid-morning, I figured I’d probably be so hungry, I’d eat anything. Surprisingly, it was really good. Really good and I bought more. One day, Adrienne noticed, “But you hate yogurt.” An old dog did learn a new trick. A month after that first taste, I’m now making my own:
