Tuesday evening in Galt. River Park v Galt. Carson came in to pitch in the 4th inning, 9 pitches, 3 outs. Galt wouldn’t score another run, but they were ahead nevertheless. River Park needed to score!
In the 5th inning, River Park was still down by two runs. Carson was at bat, the count was 3-2, he miss-hit the next pitch, it was more like a bunt. He took off running. The catcher overthrew first base, the ball rolled all the way to the outfield fence. Carson scored a home run!
Unfortunately, River Park lost. 8-9. Exciting game!
