I signed up at the last minute to be the receptionist at Jibe’s Bike Doc this morning. 4 mechanics (Robert, Dennis, Rob, Ken) repaired 45 bikes. 90% of the people who had an online appointment showed up, which meant many walk-ups had to be turned away. The no-show rate has been as high as 50%, walk-ups had a better chance at getting a bike repaired.
Thank you Dennis for spending a very long time assembling a brand new trike – a birthday present from two daughters to their mother hoping she will become more active.
