Today I went to Phyl’s to bake two kinds of bread. The first was a basic sandwich loaf.The second was Foccacia. Phyl made the biga yesterday. Here she is doing fold-and-turn-eight-times which is done every 30 minutes 3 times.
Fresh rosemary on the top. I can’t begin to tell you how good this bread is and I won’t tell you how quickly I ate one of those loaves. It was the smaller one at least.
