And, hurray, Bob joined us this time.

Another delicious get together. Salmon taquitos (that didn’t turn out picture-perfect) with avocado crema and a layered pesto torta. And a very good bottle of wine from Yellowstone Cellars in Billings MT.

A few minutes after cutting into the brie, the warm cheese made a pretty “lava flow”:

Oh joy. I have missed quite a few Th@Ms so today was quite special. Old favorites: Artichoke dip and Shrimp black bean avocado salsa. And wine.

And Thursday @ Merrilyn’s on Wednesday. Corned beef sliders and macaroni and cheese – everything was delicious!

Merrilyn is totally vaccinated and I’m halfway there so we “risked” it and got together for a visit. We were both in veggie mode. Toasted walnut hummus with pita crackers and raw vegetables and – a favorite recipe of Phyllis – Veggie Bars.

Pretzels with beer cheese sauce and Prosciutto blue cheese stuffed mushrooms. And wine. Yum!

Margaritas, champagne, Leek tart, French bread pizza with sausage, clams and mushrooms …
