What fun! I rode to Natomas Park Elementary to assist Deanna and Gina teach Project Ride Smart. I really (really!) like not being in charge, I was there to help with blacktop drills.

Breathe Bike Trek
I was up early this morning to get ready for this annual charity bike ride with the Good Jibes team. We met in Penryn at 7:45 for our team picture.

I rode the short route which turned out to be 22 miles because I missed a couple of turns and had to backtrack. It was way more hilly than riding around N Natomas and Sacramento – challenging but fun.

The Good Jibes Only team got together on Thursday night at Chicago Fire in downtown Sacramento.

The last Zoom class was tonight. It always feels good when a big project comes to a conclusion.
Office Hours
The last one for this round of Better on Bikes. And look at the excellent turnout. There were 4 from BoB1, 5 from BoB2, and 1 person who I hope takes BoB3 because she’s already come to two Office Hours.
Coffee with Jibe
Cheryl, Kathy, and I rode Jackrabbit Trail and on the way back, we stopped at Bella Bru.
Mellissa and Michelle from Jibe hosted a coffee for everyone who has taken Better on Bikes.

Office Hours
A very well-attended Better on Bikes Office Hours. Leo, Kathy, Barbara, Cheryl, Dani, Monica, Terry, Ginger, JoAnne, Stacy, Jodi:
We went to a 7-mile ride to San Juan Rd and Airport Rd. For everyone who lives in N Natomas on the east side of I-5, this intersection is the “gateway” to Discovery Park, Old Sac, downtown, Fisherman’s Lake Parkway, the airport ride, etc. Coming back, riding north on E Commerce, about to cross Del Paso Rd, twelve cyclists in perfect formation take the lane:
Looking good, I must say. Six of us rode over for Office Hours from Westshore, so our total was 20 miles.
