Pull-ups: as many as possible = 8.

35 pound kettle bell for 3 minutes = 94.

The last one was grueling, I thought. Each length was 25 yards. Flip a 150 pound tire.

Return with a 73-pound atlas ball.

Farmer walk carrying 90 pounds, go down, turn around slowly to avoid losing control of the weights,

and come back.

Take the atlas ball back.

And finally, flip the tire back to the start.

Done! Sheesh.
