I got a few days work at Witter Ranch Elementary. Pollyanna and Elle were the co-leads of the 3 weeks of classes. Another LCI and I came in to help with blacktop drills and street rides.

Bikes are lined up while students observe a demonstration of the left-turn drill:
Scan, signal, scan, merge to left lane position, stop signal, stop, scan L-R-L, signal, go according the right-of-way rules. 
Students were grouped by ability for the street rides. The red group stayed close to or on campus, while yellow, blue and green took to the neighborhood streets for additional instruction and practice for 3 days.

We ate at Zocalo in Roseville. We thought the hanging light fixture was an white octopus, but it was an agave plant.

Sophia modeled her new outfit while Mom took pictures. (Note neighbor Kellen in the background squeezing through a couple of missing fence boards to come over and play.)

Delivered today while I watched Carson. Sophia was in school so there definitely has to be a follow-up post with the outfit being modeled.

I worked at the Bike Valet for SABA with Joe and Rebecca. How many bikes did we park today? Zero!

Thais went in to work for just a couple of hours, so I watched Carson. This time without Sophia’s expert help. Carson slept almost the whole time – a good thing since he wouldn’t take a bottle and cried until Mom got home 10 minutes later. Ten minutes can be a long time.
