We kept physically distanced and had a great time at Sandi and Fred’s house. I met them through Adrienne.
Fred grilled the most delicious rack of lamb. Oh yum!!

Pete is always ready to go for a bike ride. We rode the Jack Rabbit Trail to the north end at Elkhorn Blvd
and then rode back through Regency Park and Natomas Park. 17 miles.
A rousing game of Dog Bingo. Carson was so funny. Every time he was able to put a blue dot on his card, he would clap once and shout, “Alright, let’s go!”
Sophia had a drive-by birthday with a few of her friends yesterday which was a surprise for her. Today she is 11 and the family celebration is quite small. I was unable to shop for a card so I made one with fabric scraps:

Even if there was no requirement for physical distancing, this is not the correct way to use local trails:
And the dog was not leashed. I now find the safest place to ride on the streets. Very little traffic and people are on sidewalks.
