With Adrienne. Our usual stops included Maisie Jane’s, Chico Candy Store, and Made in Chico. We had lunch at Broadway Heights.
On the way home, I had a sore throat. Always the first sign of a cold coming on. Darnit. (Since this is actually being written in early January, that cold was low-grade and quite manageable for the next 2 weeks. Then, on December 26, it really bloomed into something ugly. I was IN bed for the next 6 days.)

Doggie flannel shorts for Sophia – a practice pair to check for the correct size. The pj bottoms and robe will be Sophia’s Christmas gift, both are flannel. And a white satin bowtie, a request from Avery to wear to the school Christmas program.
Coffee with a friend
Sue Schooley, a fellow LCI, and I caught up over coffee today. And I was able to give her a mini-quilt I made for her using t-shirts she had collected from the annual bike festival that she organizes every year for the city of Roseville. She hung it in her office and sent me a picture.
Babysitting SAC
SAC = Sophia, Avery, and Carson. It was Thais’ company’s Christmas party. Carson tried to sit in the doll stroller, unsuccessfully.
